RASC Astronomy Award

The Royal Astronomical Society of Canada sponsors two awards, one elementary award and one junior/senior award.

Elementary: Relate to Astronomy, score well on the general judging form. Examples:
Planetary geology, lunar observations, satellite technology. This award is for grades 4-6.

Junior/Senior: Relate to Astronomy, score well on the general judging form. Examples:
Planetary geology, lunar observations, satellite technology. This award is for grades
7-12.

Winners of these awards will also receive a 1-year youth membership to the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada (RASC) which includes a bi-monthly subscription to SkyNews magazine and the RASC Observer's Handbook.
