Cannot be awarded to a project that will be receiving another major award in chemistry; i.e., a project that will be receiving either the ACPA Rick Dillen Memorial Award, the Alex Taylor Award in Senior Chemistry, or the CIC Edmonton Section Award in Chemistry.
